A Site to Meet Growing Needs

You will find yourself in the middle of one of the country’s fastest-growing healthcare sectors at our campus in Ruskin, Florida. Our expansion into this region is an innovative response to the increased demand for high-quality graduate education in health disciplines that serve the surrounding population. This site was also carefully chosen in congruence with our University's Mission and Catholic Identity. Since 2014, the University has established and continues to build eager partnerships within the Tampa Bay community, the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg and sites for clinical and field placements for our students. Students enrolled at our Ruskin campus will find great connections both on and off campus in professional development and service to the surrounding community.

Setting You Up for Success

Our Ruskin campus supplies students with exceptional multi-purpose spaces that promote hands-on learning and collaboration across disciplines. Along with classrooms and study areas, we offer enhanced lab spaces, a Patient Simulation Center and a mobility garden. These spaces, coupled with the guidance of our experienced faculty, provide our students with the tools they need to develop as knowledgeable, innovative and socially responsible healthcare professionals.

Our campus also features facilities focused on student health and wellness, including a student-run fitness center, an interfaith and meditation space and KnightBites, an on-campus cafe offering delicious healthy meal options.

Located along Florida’s stunning Gulf Coast, the town of Ruskin is a relaxed community conveniently nestled within the bustling Tampa Bay area. The balmy climate grants time to explore numerous parks and waterways, along with delicious dining and charming local shops. Ruskin is also an easy trip away from top-rated beaches and the metropolitan hotspots of Tampa and St. Petersburg.
